TMJ Specialist in London – Jaw, Neck & Head Relief
“The Jaw hold all our unsaid words and uncried tears”
TMJ, Neck & Jaw Dysfunction Specialist
If you’re experiencing Temporomandibular Joint Dysfunction (TMD)—jaw pain, clenching, clicking, or tightness— or nervous system dysregulation, then CranioSacral therapy may offer the relief you’ve been searching for.
Why the Jaw Matters
The jaw is more than just a hinge; it’s often a storehouse for unspoken emotion, unexpressed stress, uncried tears and internal tension. Because of its deep connection to the cranial bones and nervous system, imbalances in the jaw can ripple through the entire head, neck, and even the rest of the body, resulting in :
Headaches, migraines, and facial tension
Poor eyesight
Dizziness and balance issues
Vagus nerve regulation
Sinus congestion, dry or watery eyes
Neck pain and jaw clenching
Neurological impairments and more
How do I Treat The TMJ?
Using a combination of gentle CranioSacral Therapy, fascia release, massage, and gentle inner oral work helps relieve tension and pressure in the jaw, neck, and surrounding tissues, rather than forcing change. My work follows the body’s cues, allowing release and softening to occur naturally. Over time, this can help ease pain and improve jaw movement and associated pain..
What to Expect During Your Session
In my practice, I provide a safe, nurturing, and confidential space where you can fully let go and embark on your healing journey. This environment fosters exploration and growth, enabling you to connect with your inner self. Your voice, both internal and external, is crucial to your treatment and will always be met with tenderness, compassion and unconditional loving awareness.
During or after your treatment, you may experience subtle shifts in your conscious and subconscious mind, and you may also experience detox symptoms as your body transitions into a more balanced and harmonious state. These shifts usually settle in a few days.
Recommended Treatment Plan
For optimal results and to determine whether this is the right treatment for you, I recommend a minimum of 3 to 4 sessions. After this initial series, we will assess your healing journey together.

There can be slight discomfort when working in the mouth. This will depend on how long the tension has been building up for. All work is done with your comfort and consent, and with respect to the body’s response.
