Because ceremonial cacao is a consumable and perishable plant medicine, we’re unable to accept returns or offer refunds once your order has been processed and shipped.

1. All Sales Are Final

All purchases of our Peruvian ceremonial cacao are final. For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on cacao or other edible products, even if the package is unopened.

2. Quality and Freshness

Our ceremonial cacao paste is made from 100% pure, ethically sourced cacao beans from Peru, left in chunks to preserve it’s natural oils and vibrational frequency.
Slight variations in texture, colour, or aroma are normal and reflect the living nature of true ceremonial cacao.
